Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms of service govern the use of the TECH MOTION website and services provided by TECH MOTION, a technology development company based in Yaoundé, Cameroon.

By accessing our site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Offered

TECH MOTION offers the following services:

• Mobile application development (Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin)
• Web platform development (Next.js, Vue.js, Node.js)
• Artificial intelligence solutions (chatbots, machine learning, NLP)
• Video game development (Unity, Unreal Engine)
• Cloud & DevOps services (Firebase, AWS, Docker)
• UI/UX design and prototyping
• Development mentorship and training

3. Order Process

To start a project with TECH MOTION:

• Initial consultation: Free discussion of your needs
• Proposal: Detailed quote with timelines and costs
• Validation: Contract signing and deposit payment
• Development: Implementation with regular updates
• Delivery: Testing, validation and deployment

4. Pricing and Payment

Rates are established through personalized quotes based on project complexity. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit of 30% to 50% is required upon contract signing
• The balance is due upon project delivery
• Payments can be made by bank transfer, Mobile Money (MTN, Orange Money) or PayPal

5. Delivery Timelines

Timelines are estimated in the quote and depend on project complexity:

• Simple projects: 1-2 weeks
• Medium projects: 1-2 months
• Complex projects: 3-6 months or more

Delays due to client-requested modifications may extend initial timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

After full payment:

• The client becomes owner of source code developed specifically for their project
• Third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses
• TECH MOTION may mention the project in its portfolio (unless under confidentiality clause)

7. Confidentiality

TECH MOTION commits to:

• Treat all client information as confidential
• Sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) upon request
• Not disclose project details to third parties without authorization

8. Warranty and Support

All our projects include:

• 30 days of free support after delivery
• Bug fixes identified during this period
• Option for monthly/annual maintenance contract

9. Revisions and Modifications

The initial quote includes a defined number of revisions. Additional modifications or major scope changes will require a contract amendment with additional costs.

10. Cancellation

In case of project cancellation by the client:

• Before development starts: 80% refund of deposit
• During development: billing for work completed
• Client receives deliverables corresponding to billed work

11. Limitation of Liability

TECH MOTION cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project in question.

12. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Yaoundé, Cameroon.

13. Terms Modifications

TECH MOTION reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be informed of significant changes by email.
